For speech enabled telephony applications, CALLMaster is the cost-effective choice. CALLMaster incorporates ASR in
two ways using XML Grammar files:- CALLMaster ASR enables BargeIn,
a feature that allows callers to interrupt a message or prompt by simply
talking. This allows a caller to answer or reply to a prompt before it is
finished playing back, providing a more natural dialog with the system. Customize IVR applications
easily with CALLMaster ASR capabilities. To enable CALLMaster ASR
functionality, the Microsoft SAPI Speech engine must be
installed. SpeechSoft supports ASP.NET and Speech Application Language Tags (SALT) as a preferred technology for building speech solutions. CALLMaster integrates Voice Mail
with email/pager/human notification; Auto Attendant with ASR call
routing/screening/queuing and 3-way transfers; IVR with ASR & TTS, custom
scripting and ODBC interface; Auto Dialer with human/answering machine/fax
detection and processing; Fax Inbound and Outbound.
