CALLBasic

CALLBasic is a scripting language that lets you write a program that is to be executed with a specific Audiotex module.  It gives you the ability to manage custom defined ODBC databases in addition to the CALLMaster database, perform computations, store information to local and global variables and control the conversation flow.

Use CALLBasic scripting with IVR/Audiotex to customize IVR applications requiring sophisticated database interaction.  With CALLBasic, you can read from, write to and update any ODBC database (e.g. SQL, Oracle, MS Access).

CALLMaster version 3.0 now gives you the ability to execute SQL Stored Procedures.

CALLBasic provides total application flow control, performing Logical, Arithmetic, Assignment, Branching, String Manipulation, Database, and Fax commands.

Directing calls to the database manager puts you in full control of your custom databases as well as the system databases, thereby providing unprecedented database sophistication in telephony control software. CALLBasic supports interactive fax back capabilities to your automated telephony applications.

Perform any popular program statement before the execution of any or every Audiotex information module. Both local and global memory variables are provided to act as local scratch pad memory and as a means for communication among lines. Startup and shut down control files perform database and variable setup and shutdown routines. System variables contain all pertinent status information.

With CALLBasic's powerful scripting capabilities, you can customize value added features to your telephony application.
