Call Routing

CALLMaster answers calls consistently and professionally with your custom greeting, transfers them to the appropriate extension, assists outside callers with a complete departmental or company directory, and even screens calls if you desire.

The CALLMaster Attendant provides the capability to transfer a call from one line to another line or extension, or to connect 2 lines, routing callers to extensions or departments, voice mailboxes, alternate messages or Audiotex modules.  The Attendant can process calls based on the time of day with appropriate greetings, and can intelligently perform various alternate actions depending on the results of the call (e.g. Busy, No Answer).  Calls can be transferred using Centrex, 3-way-calling, analog and digital PBXs or CALLMaster’s Channel Bridging functionality.  Using Attendant set-up, inbound faxes can be received into the default or selected mailbox.
