IVR/Audiotex

CALLMaster Audiotex provides a powerful capability for sophisticated call processing and information delivery systems.  Audiotex allows you to define the sequence of messages and responses that define an automated conversation.

With CALLMaster's IVR/Audiotex capability, you can automate the delivery or collection of information simply and professionally. You define information modules, the way they are linked together, and valid touch tone responses. You can even have the caller leave a message for later retrieval.

Callers can interact with CALLMaster to retrieve specific information/messages/faxes, to access other databases for delivery of custom data (e.g. customer’s balances), or to record messages, and responses to questions, to be notified of specific information or events (e.g. appointment reminder).  CALLMaster permits sophisticated relationships between Voice Mail, Attendant, Out Dial, and Fax applications.

Audiotex applications are built using a basic building block referred to as a module.  The conversation flow can be predetermined or be based on the caller’s responses.  Each module can execute a “program script” (a set of instructions written in CALLBasic) to accomplish a desired function (e.g. access a customer record based on a Caller input key).   For more information on scripting capabilities see CALLBasic Features.
