Basic Features


The full feature Multi-lingual Voice Mail is a comprehensive message management application, allowing up to 1,000,000,000 mailboxes, each individually configurable with greetings in multiple languages. CALLMaster’s email notification allows users to receive their voice mail messages via e-mail, as WAV file attachments. The WAV attachments can be played using your PC speakers and forwarded on to other e-mail recipients. It supports multi-level messaging and notification, public and private distribution lists of mailboxes, and various mailbox types. Notification, via pager, pager mailbox and e-mail, is maintained by the user, and can be enabled based on the day of the week and time of day, with back up alternate extensions.  Faxes can also be received to a mailbox and emailed as tif attachments. ....... more

CALLMaster Audiotex provides a powerful capability for sophisticated multi-lingual call processing and information delivery systems.  Audiotex allows you to define the sequence of messages and responses that define an automated conversation.  CALLMaster automates the delivery or collection of information simply and professionally. You define information modules, the way they are linked together, and valid touch tone responses. You can even have the caller leave a message for later retrieval. Audiotex provides a powerful capability for organizing audio files into sophisticated information delivery systems. Individual records in the Audiotex table are defined by a "key." Each record controls four basic capabilities which are performed in this order: play a message; get a touch-tone response; execute a CallBASIC command; and, determine the next module. As you will see from the following description of the database fields, the possibilities are endless. The Out Dial applications contacts people by making telephone calls to a list of phone numbers and can deliver and/or retrieve information as well as fax documents. The audio information can be as simple as a single recording, or as complex and sophisticated as a complete Audiotex application.  Human, answering machine and fax responses can be distinguished providing ability for customized response.  Schedule Dialing application provides for custom start/end date and time, days of week to call with busy, no answer retry retry scheduling ability. ....... more


CALLMaster supports both inbound faxing as well as outbound faxing.  
Inbound faxes can be received into specified mailboxes or default mailbox, and in turn can be forwarded via email to the mailbox owner as tif attachment.
Outbound fax supports Fax on Demand, which in conjunction with Audiotex, allows callers to directly retrieve a fax. document. This greatly reduces the overhead in distributing common business documents like Direction, Hours of Operations, Specials of the Month, Application forms, Product information. ....... more

CALLBasic Scripting Language

Speech Recognition (ASR)
