RETURNS
(see SpeechSoft Support for details)
SpeechSoft Software and one Dialogic 2 or 4 line voice only board purchased on this quote may be returned within thirty (30) days from date of receipt. A fifteen (15%) restocking charge applies to these returns. Additional Dialogic 2 and 4 line boards or any other Dialogic boards purchased on this quote may be returned within thirty (30) days from date of receipt for a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge. Shipping & Handling not refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and insured for loss or damage for the full refund amount. Merchandise not in original packaging will be charged an additional fee of $100.00. An RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization number from SpeechSoft Inc. is required for any return to be accepted and processed. All returns must be received within 7 days from issuance of the RMA number. The following items are not refundable: 1) Services (including but not limited to Custom development, Hardware setup & installation), 2) other Hardware (including but not limited to specified Dialogic boards, PC's, Switches), 3) any other third party
Software and 4) Rental board sales are final and cannot be returned once purchased. Full Credit for Rental fee will be applied towards purchase of
CALLMaster software and/or any Dialogic board within 60 days from date of receipt. Processing refunds may take up to six weeks.
NO Returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days from receipt of product. Prices
effective Jan 1, 2004.

PORT UPGRADE TERMS.
Customer authorizes SpeechSoft to automatically bill the credit card
used for purchase of upgrade for full cost of original purchase if
customer has not returned the original CALLMaster Serial Key Hardlock
within 20 days from date of upgrade receipt.

RENTAL TERMS.
Customer has agreed to rent board on an on-going 30 day basis at the
stated rental fee posted above. Customer will have automatically
exercised their option to extend board rental for an additional 30 day
period if SpeechSoft has not received notification 5 days prior to the
end of the first and subsequent 30 day rental period of their
intension to return or purchase the board. Customer authorizes the
automatic charging of these rental fees and any associated taxes &/or
tarrifs to the credit card provided for this transaction. Rental board
sales are final and cannot be returned once purchased. A 50% credit of
Rental fees will be applied towards option to purchase this board.
Customer agrees to pay for return of rental board in original packing,
insured for the full value, using a trackable delivery vendor. Rental
Returns require an RMA number and are subject to the return policy.
