If you are experiencing "Hardlock no found" messages, download the latest version of the hardlock drivers:

- download the following zip file;
 - stop CALLMaster service;
 - unzip the downloaded file 
 - and run hldrv32.exe (for information please read the ReadMe.txt from the zip folder)
