Managing Audiotex - Label

This is a multi purpose field.

It is primarily used as a debugging tool for call flow reference. The contents of this field will be printed in the data log file "CMCalls <DATE>.TXT", located in the c:\program files\CALLMaster\logs folder by default. The label field is an invaluable aid in debugging Audiotex applications during development.
To utilize the “Label” field, the "Write Label to Log File" field should be enabled.

This field can also contain various flags as follows:

Values Description
Mailbox Number(s)  Mailboxes that are authorized to make the audio recording for this Audiotex module. If all mailboxes are to be given permission to make the recording for this Audiotex module then this field should contain RECORDALL.
DIRECTORY Used with Module Action ‘Voice Mail’. This will send caller to the voice mail directory functionality; the variable DIRMBOX will be returned set to the selected mailbox number or zero if no mailbox selected.
NPW No Pass Word. Used with Module Action ‘Log In’. This will bypass the need for caller to enter the password to log in and send caller directly to log in main menu (i.e. ‘You have X new messages and X new faxes. Press 1 to review messages, 2 to send a message or 3 to set personal options’).
NTR No Touch Tone Repeat. Used with Module Action ‘Touch Tone Table’. This will not prompt caller to ‘Press * to repeat’ if caller does not make Touch Tone Table selection.
POP<x> Personal Options. Used with Module Action 'Log In'. If X is blank then CALLMaster will bypass the need for caller to enter the password to login and send caller directly to set personal options menu. X can be set to 1, 2, 3 for CALLMaster to send caller directly to the personal option selected – 1 to change password, 2 to change greeting or 3 to change name.
PTODG Always Play Time Of Day Greeting when this Module is used in Audiotex.
RIT# Response Interdigit Timeout. # represents the number of seconds. Used with any Audiotex module. This over-rides System Parameter ‘Prompt Inter DTMF Timeout’.
RTO# Response Interdigit Timeout. # represents the number of seconds. Used with any Audiotex module. This over-rides System Parameter ‘Prompt Response Timeout’.
RVM Review Messages. Used with Module Action ‘Log In’. This will bypass the need for caller to enter the password to log in and send caller directly to review message menu.
SNM Send Messages. Used with Module Action ‘Log In’. This will bypass the need for caller to enter the password to log in and send caller directly to send message menu. The variable FROMMBOX should be set to the mailbox number used to send the message.
TTR Touch Tone Repeat. Used with Module Action ‘Touch Tone Table’.
