CALLMaster Installation and Setup

There are 3 easy steps to Install CALLMaster.

Once installed, you can Set-up CALLMaster by selecting your database type and configuring your telephony environment.

After set-up, you should Validate Installation before configuring CALLMaster.

If you have any problems with the installation, you may want to Uninstall CALLMaster and retry the installation again.

 

NOTE: As both CALLMaster and Dialogic runs as a service, it is very important to install both using the Administrator account from a local console. 

If you are using remote terminal services, you must access the console session 0 to install.  To do so, at a command prompt type c:\>"mstsc /console" to connect to the console session.
