- ‘*’ Make Outbound Transfers
To make an outbound transfer to the caller during message review, press star (*). Please note that your mailbox and/or system has to be enabled for Outbound Transfers by your system administrator (see Voice Mail section on Make Outbound Transfers). If the message has a caller id then CALLMaster will use the caller id to make the outbound transfer. If the caller id is not available for the message, then CALLMaster will prompt you to enter the phone number. You may need to the calling area code if call is made outside the system’s area code. Other dial prefixes (e.g. 9, 1,) may be required depending on the parameter set-up by your administrator. Speak to your system administrator to get the format of the number to be entered.
