CALLMaster can support applications in multiple languages as defined and set-up by the system administrator. Callers can then be given the option to select the language from the defined language set.
You will need to define a language set required by your customers, make the multi-lingual recordings. Your Audiotex application flow remains the same regardless of language selected. You just need to set the language id in a script based on the selection by your caller for CALLMaster to say the prompts in the desired language.
