CALLMaster Manager - Parameters - Dialogic2

Parameter: LOGLTCH
Description: Time above which silence interval is noise spike
Default: 15
Range: 1-99 units (10ms per unit)
Usage: The maximum silence period to ignore. Used to help eliminate spurious silence intervals. Sometimes used to improve pager notification - try a value between 6 and 12.
Parameter: HIGLTCH
Description: Time below which silence interval is noise spike
Default: 19
Range: 1-99 units (10ms per unit)
Usage: The maximum nonsilence period to ignore. Used to help eliminate spurious nonsilence intervals. Sometimes used to improve pager notification - try a value between 6 and 12.
Parameter: LO1RMAX
Description: Maximum time of short low interval ring
Default: 90
Range: 1-999
Usage: Maximum short low duration of double ring.
Parameter: LO2RMIN
Description: Minimum time of long low interval ring
Default: 225
Range: 1-999
Usage: Minimum long low duration of double ring.
Parameter: INTFLG
Description: Operator intercept detection enable
Default: 1
Range: 1-8
Usage: This parameter enables or disables SIT Detection, Positive Voice Detection, and Positive Answering Machine Detection, and selects the mode of operation for SIT Detection. The definitions below are followed by a table summarizing the features and options.
1 - OPTEN: Enable SIT Detection and wait for detection of a connect using Cadence Detection, Loop Current Detection, Positive Voice Detection, or Positive Answering Machine Detection before returning a CA_OPINT (operator intercept).
2- OPTDIS: Disable SIT Detection, PVD and PAMD.
3 - OPTCON: Enable SIT Detection; return a CA_OPINT (operator intercept) immediately after detecting a valid frequency. (This is the recommended mode for SIT detection.)
4 - PVD_ENABLE:Enable PVD.
5 - PVD_OPTEN: Enable PVD and OPTEN.
6 - PVD_OPTCON: Enable PVD and OPTCON.
7 - PAMD_ENABLE: Enable PAMD and PVD.
8 - PAMD_OPTEN: Enable PAMD, PVD, and OPTEN.
Note: If you want to enable the answer size capability, you must use PVD_ENABLE, PVD_OPTEN, or PVD_OPTCON for PVD_ENABLE, PVD_OPTEN, or PVD_OPTCON for basic Call Progress Analysis; otherwise, a salutation answer size will not be provided. (You must also set the HEDGE and ANSRDGL fields to enable answer size capability.)
Parameter: INTFLTR
Description: Minimum intercept tone duration for detection
Default: 10
Range: 1-99
Usage: The minimum duration of the intercept tone in order for it to be detected.
Parameter: HISIZ
Description: Used in comparison with previous hi
Default: 90
Range: 1-99
Usage: Used to determine whether to use ALOWMAX or BLOWMAX.
Parameter: ALOWMAX
Description: If previous hi > HISIZ use this value
Default: 700
Range: 1-999
Usage: Maximum low before connect if high > HISIZ.
Parameter: BLOWMAX
Description: If previous hi < HISIZ use this value
Default: 530
Range: 1-999
Usage: Maximum low before connect if high < HISIZ.
Parameter: NBRBEG
Description: Ring on which to begin analysis
Default: 1
Range: 1-9
Usage: Number of nonsilence periods before analysis begins.
Parameter: HI1CEIL
Description: If 1st hi < 2nd hi
Default: 78
Range: 1-99
Usage: Maximum 2nd high duration for a retrain.
Parameter: LO1CEIL
Description: The 1st learned LO is less than this
Default: 58
Range: 1-99
Usage: Maximum 1st low duration for a retrain.
Parameter: LOWERFRQ
Description: Lower allowable frequency in Hertz of a SIT tone
Default: 900
Range: 1-9999 (in Hz)
Usage: Lower bound for 1st tone in an SIT.
Parameter: UPPERFRQ
Description: Upper allowable frequency in Hertz of a SIT tone
Default: 1000
Range: 1-9999 (in Hz)
Usage: Upper bound for 1st tone in an SIT.
Parameter: TIMEFRQ
Description: Minimum duration of signal for operator intercept in 1/100 seconds
Default: 5
Range: 1-99
Usage: Minimum time for 1st tone in an SIT to remain in between CPB UPPERFRQ and LOWERFRQ for it to be considered valid.
Parameter: REJCTFRQ
Description: Maximum allowable percent of bad signal
Default: 20
Range: 1-99
Usage: Maximum allowable percent of a bad signal.
Parameter: MAXANSR
Description: Maximum duration of answer in 1/100 seconds
Default: 1000
Range: 1-9999
Usage: The maximum allowable length of ANSRSIZE. When ANSRSIZE exceeds MAXANSR, a connect is returned to the CALLMaster.
Parameter: ANSRDGL
Description: Silence deglitching value for answer
Default: -1
Range: 1-99, -1
Usage: The maximum silence period allowed between words in a salutation. If Positive Voice Detection (PVD) is enabled and you want to enable the answer size capability, you must also enable ANSRDGL (default is disabled) by setting it to a value other than -1.
